The revenue is already on your client list
Somebody is paying you for one thing right now. The moment another vendor pitches them the next thing, you are one email away from losing them. A roster review is a free 30-minute session where we go through your client list together and find the revenue hiding in it.
Free. No pitch. You keep every client relationship.
One service is a fragile place to stand
Not because the work is bad. Because there is only one reason for them to stay, and three ordinary ways that reason disappears.
They cut the budget
One service is the easiest line item to trim. A client buying three things from you rarely leaves over one of them.
They take it in-house
The junior marketing hire arrives and the first thing they are asked to justify is your invoice.
Somebody else pitches it
A PR agency walks in offering AI search visibility. Now they are in the room, and you are the incumbent defending one service.
Thirty minutes, ten clients, no commitment
You pick up to 10 clients
Clients who are not on SEO, Google Ads or Meta with you yet. You choose them. We never ask for access to your CRM or your client list.
We go through them together
One 30-minute call. We look at what each client is buying, what they obviously need next, and which ones are worth your time to pitch.
You get the pitch assets, free
For the best opportunities we build what you need to make the pitch — branded as yours. You pitch it, you close it, you keep the client and the margin.
Four services, and which of your clients is missing one
We fulfil all four under your brand, so the review is a look at what each client is not buying yet — and which of those gaps is worth a conversation.
SEO
The client ranking for their brand name and nothing else. Usually the largest gap and the easiest sell.
GEO / AI search
Where they show up in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity — and which competitor shows up instead. Nothing starts a client conversation faster.
Google Ads
Clients buying SEO who have never run search, or who are running it themselves badly.
Meta Ads
Service businesses with a customer base worth retargeting and no one doing it.
Why would we do this for free?
Because we are a white-label fulfilment team, and we only make money when you sell something new. Finding you revenue you can sell is the cheapest way we have of earning work. If none of it converts, we have spent thirty minutes and you have lost nothing.
-
You keep the client relationship
We never contact them. We are not introduced, mentioned, or cc-ed. Ever.
-
Everything is branded as yours
Pitch assets come back in your name. The client sees your agency, because that is the entire model.
-
You set the price
You sell at your rate and keep the margin. We invoice you at wholesale, only if the client says yes.
-
No obligation from the session
If nothing on the list is worth pitching, we will tell you that and the call ends early.
Pick a time that works
Thirty minutes. Bring up to ten clients, or bring none and we will talk through how you would choose them. Free either way.

Fair questions
Do I have to give you my client list?
No. You pick up to ten clients yourself and you tell us only what you want to. We never need access to your CRM, and we never contact a client of yours.
What if I do not have ten clients to bring?
Bring three. The session works the same. The number is a ceiling so it stays a thirty-minute call, not a floor you have to reach.
Is this a sales call in disguise?
It is a working session, and we do want your fulfilment work — that is how we make money. But the session itself is the deliverable. If nothing is worth pitching we will say so and give you the time back.
What happens if a client says yes?
You sell it at your price and we fulfil it under your brand at wholesale. The client stays yours. You keep the relationship and the margin.
